Hey guys i'm looking at getting some bindings to put on a home made board so far ive only seen the liquid force series. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

I use the LF alphas and they're pretty good.

Other then LF, I heard the Hyperlite Eras are pretty good too.

catapult ones r about 350+ postage shop is in lenox heads or some were, lots of guys over there look like they r into them.

hyperlite era's r the sh1t.. also i used to have escalades and the back material rips and goes all saggy. go hyperlite they r way better, or u could follow the crowds n get union's its all good.....

the LF watsons are exactly the same as the escalades
and you can usually find em a little cheaper too
(more competition with prices for wakeboarding)

also the 06 model will be going quiet cheap to.

so if you like the escalades thats another option.

The hyperlite eras are quiet popular too.

just make sure you try your boots before you buy though...
comfort is what your after
theres nothing worse then riding in boots that dont fit you well!

maybe try the dakine ones.. i've never ridden them but they look comfy and are available in most kite stores

Yeah wakeboarding boots are def cheaper.. you could try the shanes too.. think its more similar to the escalades.. or the sphynx

i dont ride bindings but i tried the LF unions and they were comfy, easy to put on and held down well.

escalades are over rated, they look pimp but thats it, Unions are the choice in my book.

screw bindings unless ur hitting sliders. I recon straps are the way to go. Easy and safe- Do bindings restrict u? from like loops and ****. I got whiplash from screwing up a trick with bidings, you cant kick them off.

***Personal preference***,

Go with LF Unions. or wakeboarding ones, cheaper than most kiting ones.

dude bindings are the shizznit.
kiting in straps doing wakestyle is like someone snowboarding in straps, u just dont do it.
if you want to look like a fader an kook it up stick with straps.
i got the black ultras they look alright but there are better bindings out there.
p.s. if u got whiplash its because u dont know how to fall in them, its different to straps u gotta learn proper way to fall.

I recon Liquid Force speed are pretty good!

LF headquarters in brisbane has a HEAP of 05-06 LF and Obrien wake bindings for heaps less than retail... like 50% in some cases

Check out the Obrien Argons...

I've used both Hyperlite Spins and Byerly's both work well - both are easy to get in and out of, but the Byerly's are my choice

Yeh i ride the CWB torq with the hinge thingo, makes life a lot easier and pretty darn comfy. Just make sure u coat the metal wires in lanolin oil or something,

catapult bindings, hell yes!! i have finally got the bolts sorted and went out powered today; i love them now although its possible that the binding specific board aided in that a lot.
130 ace with XXL Catapult bindings =
although i haven't ever used a different binding for kiting
o ya did i mention im super stocked right now from my sesh
