Is it a timing and technique thing or strength?
I've done a few years back wakeboarding when I was a little lighter and fitter but used to muscle it around.
I'm having trouble getting the bar into the small of my back whilst landing blind. I've got kangaroo arms but my arm is still getting pulled straight

its just about yanking the kite towards your hip. This causes some slack in the lines and makes the pass possible. Try a railey to toe side heading strait downwind. This will make the lines really slack and allow you to make the pass! hope this helps

sounds like you're leaning forward on your toes too much when landing blind and edging against the kite. it feels like you will catch an edge if you don't lean forward but this will put pressure on the lines and make it hard to pass.
maybe try to relax a bit more and not lean into the rail on the blind landing.

I think when I land blind because my arms not bent up behind my back it means i'm not able to rotate that little bit more and flatten out the board downwind.
Sounds like i need to man up and get the bar to my hip with more force, I was hoping it was more a technique thing rather than strength but oh well.
thanks guys

I found it easier to land blind by not only having t_rex arms during the raley but by rotating around to blind just after you reach full height of the raley.
Seems to give maximum slack this way. Pull the bar with both hands hard to the hip and look over back shoulder to help the rotation.
On landing try and point downwind more and bend at the waist a fair amount. Enables the bar to fall into your other hand without having to reach for it.
Your nearly there buddy!!
