Good choice Delmar. Staying @ Mullaloo, you'll be within walking distance of one of Perth's prime flatwater kitesurfing spots, Pinnaroo Point. Mullaoo beach itself is kiteable also. In January you'll be able to kite every afternoon as soon as the Fremantle doctor (Seabreeze)kicks in.
