Australian Kiteboarding School at Pinaroo Point, Darren's (Kitehard) crew. They taught me last summer and I can't recommend em highly enough. I found the gath helmets with speaker/ radio communicaiton from the instructor on the beach to be excellent, and the gear they had was great for learning (Airush DNA kites). I found it to be a pretty cruizy atmosphere which made it really good for learning. I just felt safe and well informed about what I was supposed to be doing the whole time, and they were really friendly.

crash em into the water and relaunch is mega easy, 95% depower, let go of the bar and itll slowly go back down.
