Hi All, I was just curious on how to fix chips and scratches on a board? Im worried that water will get in. I got an Airush square 2 and a North Dragon. Thanks for your tips
Hey Uber, Don't stress over the duco dude. Superficial damage will not drastically diminish the general performance.
Kiteboards are intended to be treated with the utmost contempt. That's why man invented sliders and kickers and the full-whip boost; and Mother Nature makes waves and sandy beaches to grind all over.
And at the end of another cutloose sesh........... don't forget to carefully slip your precious stick into its board-bag for that added protection.
Most kiteboard cores are pvc foam wich is a closed cell foam and won`t take in water.if you got wood inside,it could be a drama.just touch it up with epoxy resin.if they are deep or large they may need a filler and a bit of glass.
