the foam grip has peeled off my old Caution bar - anyone got any tips for regripping it? I tried some foam stuff from clark rubber with super glue, but it wouldnt take and was hard to get it lined up correctly...

You get ~3mm eva and cut one edge at 45 deg.
Start with this edge and use contact / kwikgrip on both surfaces.
Wrap the eva around the bar and slightly past the 45 deg edge where you started (have some contact on the angled part too). Roughly trim off the excess leaving 2 or 3mm sticking up.
Get some med to heavy sand paper and a cork block and rub back the excess till it is flush with the rest of the eva. Done.

Also pays to use a dense grade of eva (The clark rubber stuff is usally not enogh and gets a slimey feel when wet).
Also lightly rough up the whole surface of the bar to get that sweet off the shelf feel!

There is a great factory down the coast that sells the foam, just can't think of the name at the moment. It's on Reedy Creek rd at Burleigh.
I have some you can have but it is all light blue if that helps.

Pity you guys aren't in Perth!
You could get a factory regrip.
Try the local windsurfing shops for grip packs, they all have them over here in various colours, worst case we could mail you one.
Better still mail your bar and we can regrip it and send it back.

You have to use contact cement to glue the grip on. Just your regular glue from the hardware store
