forget the fat sacks cheaper way is waffle pods 9 foam blocks used in construction of concrete you just have to enclose them..
I use ply for the side easy to draw on a curve and jigsaw it out..
just brace and add either your pipe or if you want to go expensive HD polyethylene on top.. you'll need 2 anchors if your floating it or a good bridal system..

hey you dont even need pvc on the top we used just a sheet of ply and it worked sweet saved heaps of money too fixed to the bottom will give you more kick off it then a floating one kbm vol 8 issue 3 page 10, 11 that was a fixed kicker on the right with just a ply top.

I've helped build a few over the years, We used in this seasons kicker

Builders ply for the top & sides easy to work with & the boards slide over it ok with a bit of silicon spray on them,
Ali frame,
a sheet of foam from an old cool room about 20cm thick,
A set of wheels off an old kids car that was been thrown out,

All this stuff is fairly easy to get (ours gets burnt/smashed fairly often so this is a good thing)
Ours stands about 110cm out of the water start sits just under the water with a smooth trasition from the water.

Remember build it light, Ours can be moved by 1 person thanks to the wheels.
