This morning I repaireed a slow leak in my best waroo 11 m that had been annoying me and put it out in the park next to my shop to make sure i had got it .i was distracted for about 15 mins and came out to discover it had gone .
i asked the guyys working on the road if they saw anything and one said that he saw a few people sitting under the tree next to it but couldn't give a description

i then had a chat to the ladies playing tennis next to the park and a couple of them noticed the people under the tree and one even gave a description of the family in the burgundy station wago who pulled up, sat next to the "tent" for about 5 mins and then packed it up and drove off .She apologised for not thinking anything untoward was going on as it was sitting there when she arrived and thought they must have been camping there (huh?) ,came back packed up and left .i told her it was my own stupid fault for putting it there and not to worry

I called the cops and told them the story and they said 'your kidding " There were about 15 people who were around when it happened
Anyway keep an eye out for a family who own a burgundy red sation wagon of 2 adults and two kids around 6 -8 yo sitting under their recently aquired blue 11 m 08 waroo "tent" .No bag,pump or bar and lines.I'm in the Newcastle area

Actually I think this story is more bizarre and it was my own experience .A couple of years back I was kiting at Tiona (near forster ) and my car was stolen with 3 kites in the back ,driven a couple of km and torched .We heard the explosion of the gas tank going up at about 10 pm .It must have been quite a show for the a holes that did it

no wait this is even more bizarre .just before my car was stolen i had a shipment of kites that "went missing "when clearing customs . the shipment was sitting in an area next to Aust post apparently and the suggestion was that it might have got mixed up .

hmm just like the kites that had been posted to me from Nz a couple of years previously in separate shipments that didn't ever arrive,maybe they got mixed up too!

Yeah in was wondering if i was Judas or chairman Mao or Hitler in a previous life .Funny I have had a variety of emotions today from F*&%@n scumbag vermin, to geez imagine being them 9frikken lowlifes teaching their kids to be just like them0 ,to wow I'm so lucky to be alive ,imagine if i had have gone to the Doc and he said 'sorry mate youve got cancer and 3 mths to live "Possesions are impermanent .Just ask the bloke who used to own ABC learning centres .

anyway screwthem, keep a watch over the classifieds for a guy selling one who has no idea what it is, stuff like 4sale2buy will be easy to pick up if he attempts to sell it.

Kinda like my mate who lives in Torquay, he's been leaving his bike on the porch - Craftworks MTB custom built for him - every time I go there I tell him to put it inside, his reply 'nah it's cool mate, Torquay is chilled'....

2 weeks later, 'dude where's your bike?'





The good news tho, the bike is farily unique, and the cops found it and returned it! happy days!
