Have been watching nearly every comp on podcast, was up till 1 oclock watching Mundaka, Slater is a legend. The rumour is he came back because he didn't want Andy Irons to be compared to him, i.e without Slater on the tour Irons would now have just about wrapped up his fifth title with the possibility of a few more to come. I reckon he will have a crack at 10, why not?? He is by far the best surfer on tour.

Well done slats - his style and approach to surfing is an inspiration to all of us lucky enough to be in the oceean regularly. his surfing for the last 15 years has consistently redifined what is possible and am sure there is lots more to come!
