Try Neil at Hold the Line Kites
or
Leon at Kiteworks 0419 538 469

Neil is a great bloke with a shop in Wembley and Leon fixed a kite of mine a few years ago. Dont know if he still does it.

Would not go anywhere other than Neil at Hold The Line in Wembley across the road from the pub (very handy for small jobs while you wait ) IMO he would have to be one of the best in perth and the cheapest .
It only cost me $45 to get a very large Z shape tear repaired when i was expecting to pay alot more .
And i was back kiteing the next day

Ive used John at Stuart Bell Sails in Nedlands for the last couple of years and found him the best.

I had Neil fix my kite the other day, it was almost completly torn in half. He did an excellent job and even matched up the colour on the repair nicely.

Neil is also very fast in repairing. me and a friend waited for only twenty minutes to get to kites, with to big triangles repaired. and it only costed 50 bugs
