yep theres plenty of ways to do it, check the copyright before so you don't get something your not allowed. Usually u can just 'view source' and search for where the movie file is referenced 'src = "site/folder/video.avi"' then paste that link into your browser address bar. Or you can use a program as Uncle Rico said ( www.talkhelper.com/best-streaming-video-recorder-software/ ), just google around for a good program.
its 3 minute dvd quality... i thought it may have been too big but after taking a closer look theres a number of 300+ mb files that have been downloaded 1000 times plus.
nah dude you should be able to keep it pretty much dvd quality and compress it down to about 50meg easy.. for 3 minutes definatly around 50 meg would be insane quality still ... 300 is just ouragerous for internet and you'd never really notice the diffrence
