Hey all i'm putting together a kite event this weekend for those that are keen, its going to be really laid back and focused on having fun and showing the younger crew a thing or two. The format will be really simple and focused on photo's, the idea being were getting a heap of photographers together to shoot the session put all the best shots together and let all involved including riders vote on best picture and also best rider for the day. the winner of best pic will also get there pic published and best rider will get a trophy plus heaps more. if your keen to get involed please pm me.

we'll kick off with a briefing at about 2:30 - 3:00 pm at the Zu shop 330 beconsfield prd st kilda entree is free!!! and there will be light refreshments.

Sounds like fun. Does the best pic necessarily have to be of a kiter, or could it be of some of the other great "sights" you see on the beach at StKilda?
