Anyone know where I can get some replacement hoses for my pump. I'v got 3 pumps and all the hoses have split. can you buy a replacement hose or do you have to buy a whole knew pump?

When you get your new hose, buy some spiral rap from your local Electrical supplier and rap the hose with it or just the area where it normally splits (usually near the handle).

Spiral (spelling) rap is basically a hose that has been cut in a spyral (the same stuff that you use to neaten up your cables behind your TV.)

It strengthens the hose so it won't crush or kink.

tightly wrap electrical tape in spots that look like they are going to break soon. lasts about 1 season before sand gets in and you have to re do it.

mine bust open at the fittings, i just cut the split off and hose clamp them as the small dob of contac tcement isnt that crash hot.. Bunnings or clarke rubber may also help
