I've had a bunch of kites repaired at Hold The Line in Wembley and always found the work great. So, after a dog had run across my kite while packing up and put a few punctures in the canopy from it's claws (tiny ones) I thought I'd see if I could buy some repair tape from HTL.

Anyway, it's not often that you expect to buy something and the guy behind the counter asks what you need it for, how much and what colour, and then cuts enough for the job and just gives it to you no questions asked without wanting payment. That's pretty rare customer service and with the good kite repair work I recommend anyone to go there.

agreed.. I had the same experience, free repair tape... and one professional repair he did was reasonable price and high quality....
