Can someone tell me where to buy this DVD in Brisbane? Also, is it a good DVD instructional DVD? Thanks

I second that, the Progression series are definitely the best ones I've seen. 101 is a bit of a joke, sometimes spending 30 seconds on a new move. Progression runs through in almost painful detail everything you need to know.
