I didn't see it that day, but on plenty of other occassions its been the kite school operating on the downwind side. It often looks hideously outta control to me, but everyone assures me that its ok, personally I don't think its a great idea to watch total novices body drag out into the open sea, but there's always a boat close at hand to recover all the bewildered newbies, and the tumbling kites rolling out to sea. Lets hope that boat engine never breaks down...
