Hoping someone can help me out.

I paid the $25 deposit and put my name down but other travel commitments mean I can't make it to Kitestock :(

Alex from Kitestock advised I can substitute in another name in my place and i am just trying to recover my $25 and make sure that all the spots are filled for what should be a top weekend.

Need to do this by Friday as I fly out Fri night.
