Just keep going to the end of the road you come into town on you come to a carpark with public tiolets etc, I think it is called Thirsty Point. Straight out the front is a pretty good spot, nice clear water, sandy, fairly shallow and smooth, cross to cross onshore on your average SW seabreeze . You can find a couple more spots to the South of town a bit that offer nice smooth water aswell.

Have kited Thirsty once. Beautiful spot, no doubt about that.
I found it a bit flukey in close as the beach cloests the car park curves in quite dramatically and it creates a bit of a shadow.

Once you are out though it's mint, take your pick from the inside flat to all sorts of waves out the back.

It feels a little lonely cos there are no houses in site, and not many people around, be a superb spot with a few mates though.

Hi Guys,

Also have a look at Hangover Bay just south of Cervantes as well. Very nice!

You should also take diving/spearfishing gear with you as the place is teaming with Baldies (Bald Chin Groper) Yum!

Good winds,
