Why not ask in the WA kiting forum?

Nobody kites at Pinaroo Point.

It's at the end of John Wilkie Tarn in Hillary's (near the corner of Whitfords Avenue, I believe)

It was apparently quite choppy when it gets windy (I've not basis for comparison, it's the only place I kite)

The chop is quite agressive at Pinaroo. it isn't really a flat water spot, more like a 'no wave' spot.

there are a lot of begginers up there due to the school, so kiting close to shore is sketchy and the line of windsurfers to the north cuts off the possibilities further.

If you lose your board it will end up ages away at Mullaloo (if your lucky)

other than that it is alright.
