kited kallbari a few times, a mate runs the beach resort there, the river can be good or outright mental depending on direction, rig up and cross the river to kite the passage, better a little north as the are a few lumps to f88k you up, looked a jakes and blueholes but was pretty **** due to the wind too much south, the dredger has made a nice little sandbar in the river but itd only be 150mtrs max, personally horrocks and port gregory is a better option, if you do kite a strong southerly in the river be carefull as i had a scary one a few years back

Always seems to be too much South, blowing over the headland / hill.
Kited the rivermouth on that wind up around boats. Bit bumpy but worth a ride.
I'll be there in Nov.

Looked at Jakes. Always been cranking overhead waves when I have been there but wind direction South.
Doubt the surfers would be amused if you tried kiting there.

I would advise against kiting Jakes....
