Someone mentioned something once about doing something sometime somehow. Can't remember what it was though.

Nope, as far as I know its usually kiters on the point and windsurfers just behind, mainly because of where the school is permitted to operate. Pinnaroo is mainly used by beginner kiters so the windshadow behind the point also causes a problem. But if you are a competent kiter/windsurfer I'm sure you can use your head and realise that it is possible to ride 100m upwind/downind of the sheep,
Thanks
Matt

Hi guys,

The windsurfers have always been down at the first pathway to the beach north of the main access driveway. The council has recognised their spot.

The beach is very popular and is used by many user groups. The dog walkers have Whitfords beach up to the point at Pinnaroo, then our school has rights to use the beach from the dog exercise area down to the first pathway (windsurfer area), the Poleys have from the pathway down to the yellow buoys or jetski water ski area.

The poleys have been coming upwind and riding in amongst the kiters, we frequently ask them to move back down to their area but we are largely ignored.

It is chaotic, but it seems to work ..... sort of!

Good winds,
