Its just another stolen car - they will just punch you thro to another no. where you can ...
Just sit on the end of your mobile for 20 minutes while they enter a stolen vehicle incident report which will get forwarded to the appropriate locations sometime or other
(probably the next lot of business hours when emails get a bit cheaper ????? )
Im sure the Rockingham police will be alerted via an email headed "vehicles reported stolen in your area over the past weekend" some time during the next working week.
Hope the follow up paperwork doesnt cost us tax payers too many $'s.
The follow up action to sort out the problem certainly wont - there wont be any !!!!!
At least they MAY? be able to identify my burnt out vehicle when someone else bothers to report in details of a suspicious looking black mass of metal in the dunes somewhere.

As a SB local resident I am sorry to hear this for my sake as much as yours. I really hope you get your car/gear back and the offenders are caught but I don't fancy your chances. Mik Ray had some sort of problem with people today too. I am sure he will post if he can add anything. Can you tell us where in the car park the car was and did it have an alarm fitted/armed?

I also understand your complete frustration with the police. I really don't see any police presence in this area except at speed traps. We get horible hoons at all hours and nothing is done EVER.

I wonder whether the solution is (either here or at woodmans/leighton) to pitch in for a private investigator. All these folks talking about sting operations have short memories when the wind comes in but if you pay someone to catch these prcks then they may well get caught.

Week an a half now & no trace of the cruiser
Its been hell & back - the old "not a house but a home" issue acting out here - but hey you cant stay depressed & full of rage forever. The time has come for this little puppet to retie his strings & get back into some "Real Fun". Had a fantastic session yesterday on the E'ly & heading out again today for a great seabreeze - how can you possibly stay depressed
Just have to say a huge THANKS to the melville crew & others who have been absolutely AMAZING.
I thought I had found a whole new group of great ppl - well now I KNOW.
So to everyone (not going to name names - u know who u r) that responded here on forum, rang to say they cared, stopped me on the beach to check how it was going & to the constant offers of rides to & from kiting EVERY day
**** WOW **** how good is all that - unbelievable really.
Cant tell how much it has meant to have so many new friends looking after me. If I wasnt so stoked about it Id be embarrassed
