Getting a fair spray from the front of the board, particularly during load and pop. Love the boards wide tips, but seems to be a trade off for spray.

Any ideas on moving the pads bias towards / away from toeside?
I don't have a particularly wide stance, so don't want to go any narrower.

Nobile or North had some spray damper add on, any thoughts?

I find different boards, even ones with similar outlines, are very different in terms of spray. Used to have a 2009 Nobile T5, liked the board a lot, except for the spray (choppy condition+loading up=fire hose of saltwater to the face). Recently got a Xenon La Luz, and its sooooo much better. At a loss to say why, maybe the extreme flexiness of the tips on the Xenon?

Yeah, I'm riding an SS Darko, so it's pretty flat and pretty wide.
Keen to try the Xenon board, does it have more rocker than the T5?
Going to try placing the pads in various places to see if there is any change.

Moved the pads forward towards the toe side edge. Spray now seems to shoot behind my front leg and behind me, ie not in my face.
Happy times!

that hasnt solved your issue at all its bad technique that causes spray... move your pads back to where they were then work on your technique to stop that spray problem.
