On my GK bow kites I've been using the very front setting F2 and the rear setting to attach my lines to. About 50mm behind F2 there is another attachment point (F1) I've tried it and... doesn't really change much. I know how these settings work on the C kites and I am aware of the noticable changes they make to the kites behaviour. I'm trying to work out what the main reason is for the second pigtail on the GK Sonic? Some say the inner pigtails allow the kite to turn faster I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me out with a possible reason.
dan OK?

Try it in medium to light wind. Whats the worst that can happen?

I've flown my sonic with three different combinations now, and they sure make a difference.

the kite came out of the bag on F2/F4 and B3, i flew it like this for ages because it was awesome. have flown it on F2/F4 and B4 as well in light winds, not too bad but the tips can flare a bit in light wind with hard sheeting.

just put it on F3/F5 and B4 (everything set for minimum bar pressure) yesterday in very light winds and it was great, turned better and held power more easily through the turns, felt like it developed more power as well, the bar pressure dropped to be almost non-existant too. will be keen to try it on these settings in strong wind and see if it loses a bit of top-end.
