Hi All,
Need to find a Quick release CL (prefereably Pin release type) that you can replace the sheeting line by tying a bowline knot on both the CL side as well as the Sheeting cleat/ strap side.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. If a spining leash attachment is available then bonus.
So far I can only find the Gaastra one where there is a ring on the CL side where you can tie the sheeting line to. Are there any others ?
I don't want to have to sew and splice ropes where possible.

i have no idea what your after exactly.... your looking for a quick release CL? center line?? cleat ?? pin release safety in the center line? the CL side as well as the sheeting/cleat strap side?? wtf is that?
www.f-onekites.com have a spinning leash free safety system with a pin called active 5 " caus it uses the fifth line, but you can rig it up to hold one of your front lines aswell, what are you trying to achieve by tying the bowline?

I'm looking for a Quick release chicken loop !
I need one that allows me to change the sheeting line on it easily w/o having to sew a loop or splice the sheeting line to create a loop.
I want a CL that has a ring or tie point on it that I tie my sheeting line to. Therefore I don't want a CL that comes with it's own Sheet line or requires a special mod on the sheet line to connect to the CL.
In summary If I need to change my sheet line I can without having to buy one that is made for the CL.
Is that clearer all? sorry if it was not.

I know cabrinhas is, Has a D ring.
Cancell that, D ring is below the qr.

i don't think ive seen a chickenloop thats detatchible from the center depower line... maybe the north system any north ppl out there know of one?

go to SOS they can sort u out. i got mine (pretty sure its gaastra) for only 15 bucks and the guy there even rigged it up for free. Sounds like this is what your after, its got the ol pin release and an integrated swivel and only takes me about 5 mins to replace my chicken line.

Hurrah i think the design of the Slingshot QR CL might be what your after, all you will need to do is put a Bowline on the end of the sheeting line, then feed that loop over the loop on the CL and put the QR pin through, done.
PS. Dachopper the SS QR's detach completely from the centre depower line.

with the slingshot I think you need to have one side od the line that has been spliced into a loop. This is not what I want. I'm looking for a CL design where both ends of the sheeting line can be adjusted by use of a simple bowline. Thanks anyway.
