Yup... Summer is comming and I need to be closer to the ocean, Somewhere between Freo and Cottosloe would be ideal, although the right place with the right people is more important.

Im an instructor, would prefer to live somewhere tidy with like minded others.

I know its not Cott or Freo, but I am going to give up my rental in around a month. Its a 3 bedroom house on around 650sqm, two streets back from the ocean in Triggs with great ocean views. It has a big entertaining balcony, 2 minute walk to the point! absolute bargain at $300 a week. The landlord wants a couple preferably, followed by a single person or small family. She isn't big on friends renting it.
