-Of the great outdoors. Am heading up Queensland coast from begininng April through to end October for kiting,surfing,diving,fishing etc trip . Have just completed conversion of old Sydney double decker bus with all the trimmings. Am basically going to use it as my home for next few years and travel the entire continent .
My plan is to photograph all the great kiting locations and document as much info about those spots for a book I am working on. Will also be making a mini documentary along the lines of the Greg Grainger docos. Some of you may recall the Alby Mangals docos where he had great time and made some cash out of his movies. Im basically doing same thing so am looking for somone to join me on the journey. I am covering all costs so its really companionship Im looking at and before you males out there get ideas I am only accepting applications from females. Obviously a female kiter would be great but as long as she has an interest in travel and the great outdoors it doesnt really matter.
I already have two girls I met in Finland joining me in May for three to four months and would like to have an Aussie girl join up about the same time.

My daughter will be doing the interviews for me. Please think about anyone who may be interested. I will be launching a web site in next couple of days and will have further info re application process.

You didn't read the post heading and commencement of main text correctly. "looking for love - of the great outdoors " (written that way to draw attention )
My daughter is a book publisher so I already have a market for my book (and she isn't coming on the trip.) I have done a deal with Euro distributor for my book. They love this type of stuff over there. especially girls in bikinis on Aussie beaches, hence my arrangement with the Finns. They are swimsuit models working out of France who wanted an Aussie holiday. I did not mention anything about looking for love from two girls.

Mate what are you cranky about. I just prefer travelling with women. Anything wrong with that. A good looking girl in a bikini sure beats looking at a bloke in boardies ( for me that is ) maybe you have an alternate view.
Mate I'm not interested in having a blue, I'm just out to enjoy the rest of my life doing the thing I love - kiting - and no doubt along the way pretty women will be there.

Good luck with the trip. I think everyone is just going to be a bit jelous. dont forget to stop in whyalla SA any time from october to march. We have a huge kiting scene and a comp each year around january. hope to see you around, the bus shouldnt be to hard to spot.

I have received a significant number of replies from an add I ran in a Euro travel mag but I would really like an Aussie girl to make the trip.
I have delayed my departure until mid April as a spected up quad bike I ordered has arrived without some of the specifications I ordered.
I'm now chasing a camera tripod I can mount on the quad but I need some sort of shock absorbing device to place under the feet , any thoughts please .
