Kites were lying around the beach, lines unwrapped and sitting there unused while others wanted to rig up... Basiscally a french invasion took place.. How did it get to this in sleepy old Mandurah??





Hope the freddo frog in question has insurance as the helicopter/ambulance invoice will be quite large.
