On either the 3rd or 4th March there will be a BIG DOWNWINDER from Broadbeach to Nobbys on the Gold Coast,bbq,drinks etc, only 90 seats available.....details to come....... :lol:

Then on the 31st March or the 1st April a club course event will be held,this is a fantasic event whether you are a novice,intermediate or a competitive rider. We have wide media coverage and will be a spectacular event for the public. This event will be a first for kitesurfers here and will prove a test for the most competent kiter..........put this one in your calendar......details and map to come...... :P

Kinda random question that I don't think has been answered. Some of us are members of MBKS (Moreton Bake Kite Surfers) do we need to join the seqka as well orrrr.. somehow show proof we are members of mbks or yeah..

Is it true that there may be a law to everyone to becom a member of AKSA to ride at our beaches? I heard that the powers that may be would like to restrict us all and the beaches we ride what happens then?

There would be a few people that would like to see kiting regulated,but its because of the action of a few fools. Unfortunately we all get tared with the same brush.

There is nothing in the pipeline that i know of, but who knows, someday someone sitting behind a desk 'bored' may invent a new reg that could effect us.

Lets not give them the chance! Use the C.L.E.A.R rule always and abide by local laws,GOD! i sound like my old man
