As a learner what would be the max wind I should fly a 05 14m Boxer with a 5th line. I weigh 92kg and have only flown it in light wind up to 12 knots mostly in the lighter side because it sometimes falls out of the sky thanks

you should gradually build up your comfort level. start at about 14/15 knots and work your way slowly up in range as your comfort level increases in stronger winds and you work out how to depower the kite effectively using the fixed sheeting.

when you are competent in the kites full wind range you might find it tops out at about 20 or so knots depending on your board size, and how many pizzas you ate the night before.

Thanks Bondo as far as knowing the depower an repower i'm fine with that, I will have to slowly progress to flying it in stronger wind, they deserve respect. And as long as I look at the forcast and hook into the pizza's if it is going to be balistic. See ya

Just a note; You may find that a 15kn wind is easier to fly in then 10knots.
As the wind gets too low, the kite tends to fall or requires constant movement and worst case is that you save the kite from falling all the way to the ground only by sweeping the kite up through the power window from low to high which is a bad habit to get into. Also people on the beach have more to worry about if your kite is lufting. With your weight, you should have no trouble flying your 14m in 15kn wind and it will allow you to fly the kite is smaller sine waves without fear of falling out of the sky.
