JB,
You know what’s my point, we’ve discussed this often enough… All white and life made easy… or rather all pink to please Rall Inn…

Actually, I tried to gently bring this question up on a recent intellectual topic called “who’s a tea pot”, but all it got me was a lineup, and according that lately, each time I put a post, my list of off-work duties gets longer (and I still want a bit of time to kite between two other fun stuffs…

), I’d be better off keeping quiet!… But I do agree with you…
I did ask what colours were “cool” but nobody answered me… (would have loved to get educated, being a self-proclaimed very uncool person!)
Pink rocks or pink sucks, red and green is disgusting or super cool, well, at the end of the day, should this really be MORE IMPORTANT than the kite’s performance???
I do not disagree that when a customer pays 2000$ for a new kite, it should be part of customer service… Definitely.
But on the other hand, I agree that this year, it sort of felt like the fashion side was taking over the technical aspect, and, yes, it gets me wondering…
If someone was to come up with a super cool looking kite (no idea what that would be… somebody help me, my sense of fashion is disastrous!), would people buy it even if it flew like a penguin???
Oh, and just anticipating the bites here, guys, JB and I disagree very often and we’re happy to disagree, it gives wider perspectives… But I do agree with him on this one, and I find sort of bizarre that an extreme sport seems to be turning into a fashion event…
If colours have become so bloody important, well, then it would be good for us to know which ones are the “good” ones, so we can satisfy the customers properly!
But from a very private perspective, it still gets me wondering where have all the REAL Men gone…
