Hi,
i'm looking at moving over to the east coast of oz to set up some businesses. I've narrowed it down to either Carins, SunshineCoast or GoldCoast.
Which of the 3 would you recommemnd best for wind, as i would like to spend alot of time on the water.
Done some research and travel there in the past and i'm Thinking of GoldCoast because it's closest to Brisbane?

Can't speak for the other regions but Cairns is a pretty good place to kite. Usually very consistent wind during our winter ( you wouldn't have know it this year though, worst season in years). Our season starts around April and through to October and winds usually between 15 to 30 knots. The off season is usually not kiteable due to very light winds, box and irikanji jellyfish and monsoonal rain. Oh yeah, we have absolutely no surf up here either.
