What an idiot this guy is. No excuses for not having a safety leash these days. It's probably a good thing that it DID happen in rush hour cos at least people wouldn't have been driving too fast and hence no major accident occured (imagine if that would have happended curing normal motorway speeds..... now that WOULD have been carnage) If that happened over here in Auckland i really doubt anyone would have taken any notice as the traffic is at a standstill at that time anyway... no different to some numbnuts crashing a kite onto an old lady or a group of bongo bearin bitches.
Bottom line is that if that guy is next on the list of kiters getting RIP from the next nasty weathersystem it is of no major loss.... he sounds like an idiot if he persistantly refuses to obey local kiters... as he's a tourist it's doubly bad. Only locals are allowed to be assholes
If you guys stop tourists entering Perth please don't do it before I visit.
