Thanks but no thanks kitecrazey,iv bought the 138 LF mission, just got get it outa the pool and onto the sand, hehehehe

Sept eh? will i need a bigger kite than a 12mt, he offered me a bargain on a 16,thinkin i might take him up on it. I spoke to a guy on the beach about 3weeks ago and he told me 2 kites will do for most winds?

hi joe
it depends on what strength of wind and your weight. if your 12m is a bow or SLE it might provide enough range for you for learning. you might be able to even use the 12m as a one kite quiver if you have access to a more buoyant board with more surface area like a surfboard(but then again this all depends on your weight)
I used one kite for when i was just starting out and you gather more knowledge of what type of kite you want next as you ride.
hope it all goes well
