This is Le Crotoy, in north western France, an amazing place very cold and windy all year round.Tide goes in and out 13 km every 8 hours so i use to speed sail (a windsurf on wheels) at low tide and windsurf when the water comes in.It is also a protected area for the migration bird from all over the world and one of the last colonies of seals in Europe.It is very cold and i remember as a kid walking out on the frozen ocean.Never wore booties tho, after 5mn you can't feel your feet anyway,the hard bit is to warm up after the session
