i was thinking about this the other day. i think up near bay st, port melbourne might be better. it's lit up like a christmas tree when the spirit isn't in

sounds like fun but dont get court heard that water police and coast guard are not fans and can take gear off you.

I thnk you may need lights to make it legal, it has ben discussed before.
