Check these threads out - any size in particular? I know we've got a 9m and 11m... Luke from Caloundra's got a 7m he's ridden...

Hi I have tired a 13,11 and 9 as a newish kiter and a big fella I found that the nomads compared to the ids S/B are one to one half size down in power, with less lower end power, a little more stable and faster, relaunch is only just slightly more difficult. A great kite for unhooking and in the surf but still does every thing at a level that us mere mortals can handle the bar and lines are a big inprovemt over 2009. Best to try Luke has got a 7m and a 11, plus 13m to demo

Can anyone provide feedback on the handling of the kite on the two different bridle settings (Wave = "Light" and Freestyle = "Lighter" )?

If possible, note the kite size, wind strength and how much depower strap you had pulled on?

thanks.

I flew an 11m on the beach yesterday in about 10 knots with strap on full power, and it definitely felt more responsive and lively on the Wave/Light setting.
