You really need to know???
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paranasal_sinusThey have trouble measuring the volume of the sinuses.
www.ajronline.org/cgi/content/full/176/1/241#topI just tilt my head foward and blow my nose into a towel several times after a sess - without pinching my nostrils in any way. I guess you could always measure what comes out in a beaker!
"Once jala neti has been performed, it is important to eliminate any remaining water from the nose. The techniques may vary but it usually involves bending over from the waist to let the remaining saline solution drain out, breathing quick breaths out the nose in quick repetition, and gently blowing the nose. It is important not to close off one nostril or squeeze the nose in any way as this may cause water to be forced into areas that do not dry easily. A tissue may be used but is just held lightly surrounding the nose.

I, for one, think its healthy to get your nasal passages and sinuses flushed out!
(Excuse me while I use my Jala Neti....

Most of the water would probably be in your frontal and maxillary sinuses, I think, sitting over a little ledge till you tip your head foward.
Incidentally, my brother, who's a doctor and poley, was at work after a sess and was putting a drip line into this old lady's arm when he leant foward and *gush*. Oops! Hardly sterile! Luckily she didn't notice!!
