Why isn't he using a delta kite or a bow kite?

I say its cause they are for beginners and they just don't go as good as a C kite.
Too many delta bow kite pimps in this world. [}:)]

MAMMOTH EFFORT!

I still can't believe he didn't get suckered in to stop for some of those carni gambling machines they have on the pier! A stuffed dolphin toy would have made a great souvenir to mark the occasion?

not quite.
Its the same guy - and the pier in that shot is Worthing Pier - which is quite a bit smaller than Brighton pier.
