And as previously posted, the only solution would be to make it compulsary that any benefit from a law suit be donated to a charity of your choice.

With no personal gain, no more bul**** claim.

People with a genuine grief would go through the process for the satisfaction of the punitive retribution and the knowledge that they are assisting a charity.

Charities would be way more cashed up and would be able to provide their service better benefiting all.

Lawyers would go broke

And they wonder why young Aussies want to go tubing in Laos and full moon parties in Thailand.

Restrict everything, provide no night time public transport, stream hardcore porn into every household then sit back and watch us turn into a nation of wankers.
