Well seeing as i just bought this kite and it busted my wallet, i've gone a bit anal in terms of tyring to maintain it as much as i can, and one thing that i'd LOVE to know is... what is the proper way to pack this kite into that damn bag? And is it ok the fold the struts when they are unpumped? Another thing i have to factor in is that my beach has little rocky seashells that are grainy like sand, and often when i pack the kite its got alot of this stuff in there, which realy can't be good for the material...
Basically i want to know what's a good way to packup this kite in the bag, and minimize the amount of sharp sandy objects in the bundle... I also want to know if i even need to worry about it at all, or will the kite handle it no worries no matter how i pack it?
No one has told me how to pack a kite before, so i just try and improvise, but please enlighten me.

I think you have a point. Currently i am deflating everything... rolling the tips to the center.. then once its that long sausage thing, i have to kinod fold it over in half towards the leading edge, which is what was bothering me, because of putting the foldmarks across the struts. The new bag is alright if you wanna carry stuff realy compactly around... but otherwise its a serious pain in the ass to fold the kite up after every session in that little thing. How much scrunching can the dacron take!?? haha

Deflate everything
Fold the kite tip to tip
Fold the tips over about six or 8 inches - there is a natural weakness where the reinforcing stops
Keep folding. Push the air out of the LE as you go
As you get to a strut pair make sure that there is not too much air in them.
Keep folding.
When you finish fold the kite in quarters from the Trailing edge
Stick kite in bag LE up and rotate 90 degrees into the bag
