Hey wave experts
do you guys know if its possible to put pads for kitesurfing on a normal surfboard?
I thought of putting some metal inserts in the surfboard and put some nice kitepads on it. is this theoretically possible?
if yes what surfboard (length) would you reckon is the best for kitesurfing?

If you are not using straps, why not use heel and centre pads from the surf shop. They have plenty of cushion and are better than the bare deck.

i thought it should be possible to put some straps on the board just like the rocketfish from north.
it would be a lot cheaper... i dont really like pads cause im used to hae my feet fixed on the board.
