A BIG thanks to both Ral Inn and M8 for the fantastic customer service received recently. I won't go into detail but, when most companies (kite or otherwise) seem to sell you a product that turns out not to be right for you and then vanish when you need a bit of support, these guys have really put effort into helping me resolve a situation when they easily could have walked away.

Top class service, Ral & M8. Very impressive stuff!

Had some stitching come apart from my kite. Dan at Windsurfing Perth fixed it no worries and loaned me a demo kite of the same model in the interim.

A few fellas are saving a couple of dollars by buying kites overseas, sounds good until to honour the warranty you have to post it to the country of purchase etc.... Buy local, local support
