soooooo envious...
you guys on the west coast are blessed with wind and awesome waves like that.
not sure how that rates for you WA lads, but if i got one of those waves into my east coast session it would probably be classed as 'all-time'.
that video is burned into my head, whenever i think of WA i will be picturing that left hand ripper.
cheers for the vid.

I am a natural footer, just ride switch. It is considered by judges in wave comps to not be that hard as it doesn't get you any extra points like riding strapless

I've heard of some guys changing to ride switch, just doesn't seem natural but probably will start trying to ride switch a bit more this summer, then you get the best of both worlds, still like riding on my back hand your turns kind of feel spring loaded

Nice vid again Corey.

I will get flamed for this but I still think your older vids blasting handle passes off lips/backwash on a TT were more exciting. Do you ever get the Hammer out for old times sake or strictly SB these days?

I love those deep, long, powered up turns on a surfboard. The slightly cross off wind direction of that spot totally supports that. And wave and rider quality of course.

Thanks guys. I dont ride a twin tip anymore. I do still try handle passes and things, but not out at that place on that much swell. I came close to losing my gear twice as it was.

We are both riding aiush wave kites, I'm on a 5'5 compact & mike is riding a 5'11 converse
