Quick google shows 100 - 400 gold coins... hence I asked... I think it is quite a tricky affair given that water and electronics don't mix so well

they are $100 but i hear you can put bigger motors and other stuff, and my kids think they can have a go.. not likely

i bought mine for $1.85 on ebay, brand new, postage was thirty bucks, its wicked, batteries last about ten minutes, so i got half a dozen spares for ten bucks each plus postage from flea bay...

mine is an rc surfer, my mate has the board sharks model, the board sharks one uses strings to twist the surfers torso and initiate turns, and the string stretches and needs to tensioned.

the rc surfer uses a rudder behind the prop, after a few heavy wipe outs or running it up on the sand, the servo for the prop gets out of position and needs to be reset.

they both work a treat, and we have had many an early morning remote control surfie contests, mostly in summer whilst waiting for the seabreeze to kick in. they work best in fattish knee high waves, and are good for buzzing the overweight-office working-sunday-mornings-only-if-its-small-then-we're-killing-it mal riders....

oh... and vasaline the seals on the cover, it stops sand and water getting in when it gets pumped..

i got mine for $120 from Kmart, called a boardsharks surfer.

He was great fun until that massive triple overhead day in ulverstone (RC man x3)
He took of late, made a remarkable drop but then copped the full brunt on his head, got rolled and salmmed into a tree lying on the beach. He came up with his torso dangling off the side the board, funny as.

I fixed it but now its stopped working, something about maintenance, electronics and water...

Probably something to do with crap sold at k mart

Thanks for the tips mate... mmm... That is really cheap. I'll have a dig around old FLeBay. So tempted!

mine is the same as the u.s one, its from a hong kong/chinese supplier, get in touch with them, it came to me ready for aus power....

and she really does have the most magnificent set of boobs... thank allah she is set to the board by her feet, there's no way she'd be able to paddle, and i'm sure shes' top heavy... totally anatomically unsound.... and probably the only chick surfer i've ever seen do a decent turn on a wave....
