Rev for sure. Switchblade 3 is mostly for wakestyle, the convert is overrated, and has not had the best reviews.

SB3 is a sensational wave kite.

Just try before you buy, and if they wont give you a try, dont bother. See if you can try for more than one session as well.

I hear the rev's are an upwind machine and go sick in the waves. Why not try B4 you buy, after all your parting with a considerable amount of money.

Definately try b4 you buy. The Rev and SB3 are both great kites, I have tested both kites and found both to be awesome in waves. I went with the SB3, but my mate went with the Revs, very little between them. Ride both on the same day, and choose your weapon.

I just got a Rev after a couple of years on Switchblades. The SB3 is a fantastic kite, but I found the turning speed & a few other characteristics of the Rev worked better for me in the waves. Definitely try both kites, but I'm stoked with the Rev.

If you want to ride in the surf, consider cab's surf kite the revolver. I got a 9m and a 12m 2 months ago and could not be happier with their performance.
