Hey guys, going to rarotonga in june for a wedding. Just About to book accomadation. What side of the island gets the best wind?

I kited on the East side near Muri Beach Club Hotel. Bloody awesome place to kite, hope you get some wind and if you can make the trip to Aitutaki then it's well worth it.

Thsnks mate yeh gonna try get to atitaki. Is rarotonga pretty small and easy to get around?

Yes, there is a bus that travels around the island, takes about 40 minutes, one goes clockwise and the other anti-clockwise. You can also hire mopeds for about $15 a day, need to get a cook Island motor bike licence though, not a big deal there is a testing centre in the Main Street of town, keep the licence as a momento of your trip
