This might be a bit late, but...


I just got a secondhand rebel '08 after flying the '07. I notice that the 3 knots on the outside lines are not there on the 08 (near the bar) to tune (or power up and down).

Is there an equivalent on this model of rebel, or is the depower all in the bar and depower strap? Does this mean it has a smaller wind range?

Have tried searching the forums (for when this kite was new) but could not find any old posts.
