I'm looking for some info/advice on kiting spots anywhere along the east coast.

About to leave on a month long road trip with my girlfriend-- going from brisbane straight down to adelaide, then taking 3/4 weeks to get back to brisbane via melbourne and sydney.

I would love as many replies as possible on your local spots, or awesome places you've kited somewhere along that route... I realise that most kiting spots aren't on a main road or have nice signs pointing them out. While I can't wait to find heaps of random beaches, a little direction would be sweet.

Both flat water and surf spots are good, but I'm not that confident yet in big surf...
