Hi Toppleover, you want to look at the graph for Safety Bay.

Head for penguin island / saftey bay road when you get to rockingham most afternoons there's kites and windsurfers out. The water is pretty flat there so if you want waves you'll need to travel north, past perth to Scarboro (50 mins away). Last week the water I had a shortie on but I guess you'll want a full wettie if you're cold blooded!

The beaches face south and east so you can ride a variety of wind directions, normally the wind is a bit lighter than in Perth and further north up the coast .

Dunno about the black tee and the HSV commodore though!?

cheers

LOL, thats very funny airhead. Not all bogans around here. Saying that, if your a total twat you'll get smacked just like any other place.

Toppleover plenty of spots...although getting out of the tradewind season now, so wind is hit and miss.

Once your here you can PM me and I'll go out kiting with ya I'll be hitting ya up for tips in return LOL.

R U into frestyle or waves

Yes many options down that way. Satefy Bay for flat water on anything from NW-W-SW-SE. Bircher Pt on a big NW'er with swell. Secret Harbour good for waves on a SW'er. Crystals on a big westerly.

Unfortuneately April-June you will only get frontal conditions. Palm Beach Rockingham was the site of Aust's first kitesurfing fatality during very gusty frontal conditions.

Wetsuit is a definite as water temp will be dropping to around the 18 degree mark.
